Yes. We integrate SemanticSeek with both new and established websites. In practice, we install and configure the content indexing module, build a vector knowledge base (embeddings), and then connect the search interface layer. We do this without downtime – indexing runs in the background, and the widget itself is launched after A/B testing. Phased implementation is possible, from typo correction and query suggestions, through semantic search in natural language, to result personalization.

Yes. We have ready-made integrations for WordPress and WooCommerce (including ACF, WPML/Polylang). We allow you to customize the appearance of the search box and data sources.

SemanticSeek connects to your existing WordPress and WooCommerce installation. We configure which post types, products and taxonomies should be indexed and then replace or enhance your current search experience. In most cases, there is no need to rebuild your site.

Yes. SemanticSeek understands the intent of queries written in natural language, handling typos, inflections, and synonyms. Additionally, we can power the system with industry-specific dictionaries and domain rules to better tailor results to your business’s specific needs.

Yes. Multilingual implementations include WPML (Worpdress) compatibility and regionalization support.

We index pages and posts, products and attributes, category descriptions, PDF files (after text extraction), FAQs, knowledge bases, technical documentation, and custom fields (ACF, meta). In e-commerce, we consider inventory, price, variants, and product relationships, which improves relevancy and conversions.

Yes — you can try the search on several of our live deployments across different industries (e.g., healthcare, education, B2B). During a consultation, we’ll walk you through concrete projects with configuration details (indexing scope, languages, integrations), demonstrate sample queries, and show how we evaluate relevance.

We provide deployment, editorial training, documentation, and optimisation consultations (e.g., improving top queries, merchandising, and selecting industry-specific glossaries). We can also review reports on a regular basis and recommend content updates.

Yes. The search engine component can be added to the header, results page, category lists, landing pages, and the “Help/FAQ” panel.

Standard: kick-off and content audit, index configuration, UI component preparation, quality assurance testing, training, and production launch. We can integrate small sites in 1-2 weeks, while complex sites require approximately 4-6 weeks, including pilot and testing stages.

SemanticSeek uses semantic vectors (embeddings) to “understand” the meaning of queries, rather than just matching keywords. Each piece of content (product, post, FAQ, document) is given a vector representation, and the user’s query is compared in the same space. This allows users to find the correct answer even if they don’t use exactly the same words as the content on the page.

Implementations start from one thousand euros and scale with the complexity of the architecture, number of languages, scope of integrations (e.g., e-commerce, PDFs, custom fields), and data/traffic volume. Ongoing service includes model updates, monitoring, and support. We provide an individual quote after a brief audit and scope estimate.

Yes. The SemanticSeek dashboard shows keywords, top and bottom-ranking queries, CTR, zero results, typo corrections, traffic sources, and keyword trends, among other things. This data helps you improve your content, categories, navigation, and SEO/SEM strategy.

Yes. SemanticSeek supports results merchandising: pinning and promoting selected pages/products, business rules (e.g., prioritizing available products), section exclusion, segment personalization, and “did you mean” redirects. This combines the power of AI with editorial control.

SemanticSeek minimizes “zero results” through semantics and intent understanding. Additionally, you can enable fallback rules: popular phrase suggestions, support questions, fallback to full-text search, and automated submissions to the content team.

Yes. We only process data necessary for search engine operation and adhere to retention and anonymization policies. Indexes are stored locally on the client’s premises, meeting GDPR requirements. Access to the panel is protected, and communication is encrypted. Query logs can be pseudonymized.
